Because magic products often reveal secret techniques once opened, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness to creators and customers.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or returns are only accepted in the following cases:
a) Damaged or Defective Products
If the item arrives damaged or malfunctioning.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
b) Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
c) Item Out of Stock
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide a refund or suitable alternative.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because of the nature of magic products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened magic tricks, props, or accessories revealing secret methods.
Digital downloads (instructions, videos, PDFs).
Products damaged due to misuse.
Items used for shows or partially used.
Customized or made-to-order magic props.
Once a magic trick or accessory has been opened, unsealed, or used, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Return Process
If your request qualifies:
Contact us at support@jagdeeshmagicshop.,com within the allowed time frame.
Provide order number and proof of issue.
If approved, we will give instructions for returning the item.
After inspection, we will issue:
A replacement,
Store credit, or
A refund (as applicable).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
